When you purchase from SoftArtisans, all minor version upgrades are free. Customers with active Support and Maintenance Agreements get major version upgrades for free in addition to all free minor upgrades. Licensing

Production Licenses -
Production licenses of OfficeWriter are sold on a per server CPU basis. For production installations, a license is required for each CPU on a server where OfficeWriter is installed. There are no per user, per IP address, per web site, or per server licenses. |

Developer Licenses -
Developer licenses are sold on a per-workstation basis and are limited to development environment use. |

Redistribution and OEM -
A regular OfficeWriter license does not allow for redistribution, but we are open to discussing it on a case-by-case basis. Please contact SoftArtisans' sales department if you are interested in exploring this. |
